Terms and conditions

1. Scope of Agreement These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of all industrial materials (Electrical, Lighting, Mechanical, and Building Materials) by Najoom Al Falah Trading Co. to the Buyer.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Prices are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Saudi law.

• The Company reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of significant market fluctuations before order confirmation.

3. Delivery and Risk

• Delivery dates are estimates. The Company is not liable for project delays caused by global supply chain disruptions or Force Majeure.

• Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the site or collection from our warehouse.

4. Quality and Warranty

• The Buyer is responsible for ensuring technical specifications match project requirements.

• Products are covered by the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty. Najoom Al Falah acts as a facilitator for warranty claims.
